Party at Our Barn

 Check out our videos!

We will be closed for parties from Dec.-Feb.

Bring your special celebration to our working horse barn. You can learn all about the pony- where he lives, what he eats, who are his pasture pals, and much more! And best of all- we do all the set-up and clean-up.  A clean, modern restroom is available for use by the party participants.  You just need to come with your camera and enjoy this special time with your child and his/her friends.

We would strongly urge you to consider a party at the barn.  It is a great experience for the children to actually see the ponies in their "natural habitat" and the other horses and donkey that live here are very entertaining and love to visit with the children.  It is also cheaper because we don't have to load anything up and travel!

(We suggest a limit of 10 children because of the size of the party room.  However, parents and grandparents are always welcome!  Please remember the weight limit of 75-100 lbs. when making out your guest list.  This is for the safety of the children and the health of the pony!)

Two-hour party at the barn:

Complimentary games/activities for children while waiting for their turn on the pony.

Miniature horse to brush/decorate. The mini is too small for children to ride but they love to brush her and decorate her mane.

Play set with swings and slide.

Birthday Child gets cowboy hat and bandana.

Use of party room.  The room contains a 6 ft. picnic table and a 6 ft. table for any food you might want to bring.  We also put up a 6 ft. table in the barn aisle to use as the gift table.  (You are welcome to use table covers on any of the tables.)

You are welcome to bring snacks/drinks/cake, etc. to serve in the party room.  You can come 15-20 min. before the scheduled party time to set up and/or decorate.

Pricing:$150 Mon.-Tues.-Wed.-Thurs.

$175 Fri.-Sat.-Sun. and holidays

Our Party Room:

The room is located in our barn.  It is approximately 12 x 16 and has a picnic table as well as a large table for cake and  snacks.  We have extra chairs for the adults and will set up another table in the barn aisle for gifts.

Directions:

Coming from 224 heading East- When you come to the 224/43 intersection, continue on 224 for one mile until you come to the intersection of Congress Lake and 224. Turn left onto Congress Lake heading north. Go one mile to a 4-way stop. Continue straight for ½ mile. This is the intersection for Congress Lake and Randolph. We are located on the northeast corner of this intersection. (Please use caution- visibility is limited!) Turn right onto Randolph and then left into the concrete drive just beyond our sign.

Coming south on 43- Turn left onto Randolph Road and go one mile. You will come to the intersection of Congress Lake Road and Randolph Road. Look for our sign and turn left onto the concrete drive just beyond the sign.

If the barn driveway off of Randolph Road is full or if you need to leave the party early, you may use the driveway in the front of the house that comes off Congress Lake.

*** If you are using a GPS or web search, it will sometimes put our location on the southeast side of the intersection of Congress Lake Road and Randolph Road. We are actually on the northeast side of that intersection. Just look for the Pony Party sign in our yard! ***
